Restoration Progress

We are going to be diagnosing what is wrong with the engine and get it running.

We pulled carburetor so we can clean and rebuild it.

Working on removing the interior so can separate the body and frame.

Removed the fenders and core support.

We have separated the body from the frame.

We got the engine pulled.

We power washed the frame to begin removing all the parts.

Working on rebuilding the carburetor.

Removal of front and rear axles.

The new body has arrived.

Working on getting the body ready for paint.

The new chassis has arrived.

Prepping the body to be primed.

Mocked up the hood latches on the fenders and hood.

We have taken the seat apart to reupholster it.

Prepping the bottom of the body for rhino lining.

We’ve reinstalled the engine on the frame.

We have gotten the body back on the frame.

We have installed the grille.

The steering column and wheel have been installed.

Preparing to paint the interior and firewall Rosso Red.

Cleaning up, resealing the motor and getting it ready for paint.

Removed the motor to repair the rear main seal.

Reinstalled the motor after paint and rear main seal repair.

We have painted the body Rosso red.

Installing the steering column and gauges into the dash.

We have begun reassembling the grille.

Installed the windshield frame.

We have installed the side mirrors.

The hood latches have been installed.

We have placed the weather stripping under the windshield to prevent any leaks.

The newly painted rims and tires have been installed.

The windshield latches have been installed.
